The Select Similar tool allows the user to find identical objects, or similar objects by matching their topology, and add them to the active selection. It can also match any type of component selection from one or more objects to other objects.
The tool is useful for working with multiple objects at the same time without using object instances; you can quickly select matching objects/components and do your operation on all of them at once.
