Tool Installation

To install the Normal Toolkit, first you need to download the provided executable file from the product in your Artstation library.

Run the executable and follow the instructions to complete the installation.

  • Take a look at the GENtools Installer page for more informations and step-by-step instructions.

You can then start Maya and the Normal Toolkit should initialize on startup and be available to use from the GENtools menu or the hotkey editor.

  • If your Maya application was opened during the installation, you will need to restart the application for changes to take effect.
