To use the improved Process Normals from the Normal Toolkit, the plugin must be loaded in the Plug-in Manager.
The plugin should load automatically whenever you use the Process Normals function.
If you enabled the Normal Toolkit in the Startup Settings, the plugin will be loaded automatically on Maya’s startup.
If the plugin is not loading automatically or if you want to load the plugin manually, you can do it by following the steps below.
If you ever receive a Security Warning when loading the plugin, first make sure that the tool is installed correctly or you can try uninstalling and re-installing the tool.
If you got the tool from a trusted source such as our ArtStation Store then you can safely press the Allow button.
